The challenge

StartupItalia wanted to give its team practical ways to navigate complexity, improve how they work together and make projects move more smoothly.

The challenge was not simply to spend time together. They needed an experience that could help the team understand how each person approaches problems, where their strengths lie and how they can support each other.

What we did

NTBY designed a custom challenge around a real team problem.

Rather than explaining collaboration techniques, participants had to work together to solve the challenge, making their different ways of thinking visible along the way.

The format created space to:

• Understand how colleagues approach problems.
• Recognise different strengths and working styles.
• Identify where team members can support each other.
• Make priorities and perspectives more visible.
• Build trust through a shared experience.
