How LifeGateWay used a practical decision-making workshop to kickstart its Women in Action programme and equip 18 female founders with a method they could use in their businesses.
Client: LifeGateWay, Women in Action
Participants: 18 founders
Format: Decision Making Sprint
Duration: 2 hours
Purpose: Programme kick-off
The first day of a founder programme needs to do two things at once: create connections between participants and give them something useful to take into their entrepreneurial journey.
LifeGateWay needed an engaging session that could bring 18 founders together while helping them tackle one of the challenges they face every day: making decisions quickly and moving forward with clarity.
NTBY designed a 2-hour Decision Making Sprint around real challenges brought by the participants.
Along the way, the format created opportunities for participants to exchange perspectives, work together and get to know each other from the start of the programme.
