The challenge

As companies grow, founders can become the solution to every problem. Decisions, approvals and day-to-day issues increasingly pass through them, creating complexity and limiting their ability to focus on what matters most.

Endeavor Italy wanted a short, practical activity that would help its founders identify where they were becoming bottlenecks and find simpler ways forward.

What we did

In one hour, NTBY introduced a simple framework around one question:

“How would this look if it were easy?”

Participants:

1. Identified the source of friction that was taking up the most energy.
2. Prioritised the challenge worth solving first.
3. Generated practical experiments to simplify it.
