Context and Purpose

As the organization moves toward a more global operating model in 2026, collaboration across countries, roles and cultures becomes a critical enabler of success.

This team building is designed as a strategic moment of alignment and activation, supporting leadership’s message while creating real energy, connection and shared pride among participants.

The session brings together approximately 35 professionals from different countries and functions and creates the conditions for stronger cross-country collaboration, mutual trust and a renewed sense of belonging to one global team.
